The AT Series Rotary Accumulation Tables comes in five different sizes 24in, 36in, 48in, 60in, 72in. Specifications for each size are shown below. Model AT Rotary Accumulation Tables are available with three different top configurations, MS- Mild Steel, SS- Stainless Steel, and MSU- UHMW plastic over a mild steel powder coated top.
Parts are placed onto the outer edge of the rotary accumulation table while it rotates by either a drop chute or a pick and place device. The parts are then carried around the outside edge of the table until they are moved (pushed) toward the center of the table by the diverter (wiper) rail. The diverter rail is adjusted usually to one part width. As the parts exit the diverter rail, they are moved one part width toward the center of the table. The next group of parts will also move one part width toward the center of the table pushing the original group of parts toward the center as well. A rotary accumulation table is considered fully loaded when about 75 to 80 percent of the table is occupied by parts. Once the table is full, parts will simply maintain their position on the table while it continues to rotate.
