This position is responsible for training customers and ACE employees on robots and other automation equipment. Maintains the training facility. Schedules classes and works to sell training classes. Works with ACE managers to schedule and train new hires.
Our high tech robotic integration company needs a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will be able to lead a team of sales engineers to effectively develop leads into orders. The Sales Manager will have a good understanding of robotic automation in the manufacturing space. You will develop effective strategies to grow our business in select markets. Fast paced and growing robotic system integrator needs a Marketing Coordinator to lead our promotion and marketing efforts. This position will report to the President. The MC will be responsible to develop and implement our “message”. This position will work heavily with our Sales Group to attract new business. The job involves some travel in support of trade shows and seminars. Ideal candidate is a team player who is up for the challenge of developing web based communication and managing our customer database.
Job responsibilities include service, assembly, plumbing, wiring and installation of automation equipment. Edit and load software changes (PLC, HMI) as assigned. Perform mechanical work including fabrication and painting. Perform preventative maintenance and field service repair (electrical and mechanical) on equipment and robots. Appropriately document all work performed (i.e. Field Service Reports/Mechanical & Electrical print updates). Provide telephone support (programming and troubleshooting) to ACE customers. Provide 24/7 support to customers on a weekly on-call rotation. This position has frequent travel. Minimum 2 year technical degree in automation maintenance, electrical technology, or mechanical technology preferred. Two years of work experience preferred in an automation maintenance or electrical technology field.
Job responsibilities include assembly, plumbing, and wiring of equipment; testing and debugging of automation equipment at varying voltages. Performs mechanical work including fabrication, painting, cutting, drilling, and tapping. Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and robots as assigned. Recommends improvements to function and to ease installation process. Some travel required to assist with installations. Candidates must have the ability to read prints and schematics.
Experience designing factory automation and/or machine design required. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who prides themself in the development of functional, cost-effective, and accurate designs. Experience with Autocad 2D and 3D Inventor preferred, although candidates with other relevant 2D and 3D solid modeling experience will be considered.
Familiarity with ANSI/OSHA/RIA standards pertaining to robot cell design is a plus. This position has profit/loss responsibility along with heavy customer and vendor contact. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and likes to create factory automation. B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
This position is responsible for managing the design and implementation of state-of-the-art factory automation systems and machines for use in select applications, such as material handling, machine tending and material removal. The applications utilize high-tech equipment, such as digital vision, laser engraving and measuring systems, and high-tech sensing and positioning devices. The individual will be responsible for providing and overseeing the mechanical design of systems, as well as having total project management responsibilities, including profit/loss position, for specific projects.

Minimum education - B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience designing factory automation, machinery and auxiliary equipment.
Experience with 3D CAD programming (Autodesk Inventor is preferred). Candidates with other relevant 2D and 3D solid modeling experience will be considered.
Able to manage assigned projects, develop detailed project schedules, meet established deadlines, meet budgeted costs, and meet or exceed performance requirements.
Experience with Microsoft Project a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Ability to interact smoothly and communicate clearly with management, sales and customers.
Experience designing, installing, and programming factory automation control systems required. Project management experience preferred. The candidate should be familiar with programmable logic controllers, National Electric codes, robotic technologies, and man-machine interface programming and implementation. This position has profit/loss responsibility along with heavy customer contact. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and likes to create factory automation. B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
