This rugged design includes: 48” W x 24” D x 6” H fixture area (4 Drawer units are 5” H), 250lb capacity per drawer (parts and fixture plate), 3-position drawer locking (robot, mid and operator) and a butcher block hardwood top. With its integrated and patented (US 9,199,803 B1) WS8100 Workstocker, parts may be stacked on a total of 8 stations with 18” of usable vertical space and 100 lb capacity per station. Rapid-Adjust 3-Rod tooling provides easy setup and part changeover of the workstocker. The included FANUC LRMate 200iD/7L robot with a single gripper setup easily tends the WS8100 Worstocker and loads parts into a variety of process machines. Dual gripper end of arm tooling and a Raw/Finished Mode are available. The Raw/Finished mode places completed/processed parts back onto the workstocker (every other station) for unload by the operator.
